- Led frontend delivery for RingCentral Events organization-level analytics (OLA) and a custom reporting module across KPI views, charts, comparisons, filters, column selection, and exports.
- Moved key Marketo and Salesforce Data App setup from third-party-hosted UI into an in-house product experience, improving control over configuration quality and reducing external UI and automation dependence.
- Later shipped Content Hub and Creator Lab discovery, content-generation, feedback, and instrumentation workflows with product, design, backend, data, and QA partners.
- Moved with the core team when Humantic AI became a separate company, then focused exclusively on Humantic’s product and platform. Contributed as the company grew from pre-revenue to $1M+ ARR.
- Drove redesign and performance work on the Humantic AI Chrome extension; led migration to Manifest V3.
- Owned frontend systems and Node middleware end to end: features, integrations, scaling, and production support for an AI-powered B2B SaaS product.
- Modernized legacy systems and delivery pipelines for performance and maintainability; managed EC2 and S3 in production.
- Joined Frrole AI, later renamed HyperVue.ai, and worked primarily on the Humantic AI product alongside Frrole/HyperVue responsibilities. For roughly six months, owned engineering across frontend and backend workstreams.
- Improved dashboard performance (large datasets, heavy charting) by over 3x and strengthened UX/UI for analytics customers.
- Built data-visualization with Highcharts (Frrole Dashboard) and implemented white-label / multi-tenant branding options.
- Built React and React Native interfaces for web and mobile locker, logistics, and operations workflows, owning frontend delivery end to end.
- Built and maintained the Edmingle dashboard, marketing site, and mobile app for training operations.
- Built an OAuth-style login SDK and REST APIs for partner integrations.
